Coach Brock recently had a long chat with Tawnee over at Endurance Planet about his heart issues and how to manage general and race day anxiety. This is the blurb from their website.

Brock Armstrong is the popular co-host of the Ben Greenfield Fitness podcast, an endurance sports coach at Skywalker Fitness, and avid endurance athlete.
